Components development at MMI ES is focused on the lightweighting of OEM proprietary components. When property designed, engineered resins and advanced composites have inherent weight, strength and cost advantages over metal. Development of new resin compounds and advanced composites combined with emerging manufacturing processes will provide significant conversion opportunities for transportation, military, alternative energy and medical device markets.
